Arranging photos in photocenter

Can you arrange photos in a certain order once they are uploaded in the standard version? Or do you have to upload them in a certain order?

from what i can tell...the photos are placed in the album(s) in the order the you upload them. once they are uploaded, I don't see a place or button where you can rearrange them, other then delete them.
