hi..hope someone can help. i viewed my site today and was surprised to see everything in a tiny font size! i did not alter this myself and am not sure how it happened. how did that happen?

another thing..whenever i update my site, all my add-ons eg counter,email form,affiliate banner etc are removed and i have to redo it all over again,even after i had saved it the last time. is this what is supposed to happen or am i doing something wrong?
