Did you enter both the fast URL and the URL of the page that it is supposed to link to into the Website URL field.
Trying to access http://takeoff.to/PG brings up a message saying that the account has been deleted. If this is the fast URL that you are trying to use then check that you still have it set up in your Bravenet account. You might need to raise a support ticket to get bravenet to fix it for you.
