Dear Bravnet,
I have signed up for a Bravenet Email Form and I have copied and pasted the code in to my web-making software (Frontpage), but when I finished the file and uploaded to the web, I notice that the service had a message that said, This form is inoperational, and the form is indeed inoperational.

I would like to know why this has happened and how I could remove this message and enable the form once more.

Nothing has happened on Bravenets end... Freewebs does not allow users to put up forms for a week or two after signing up and FREEWEBS changed your code when you uploaded your page so the form would not work. As I understand it you are a probationary member and once you have been there awhile, your forms will work. You would have to talk to freewebs for the details.
