As i'm conforming the requests from visitors, it's not working and also, they are in my pending list.
How can i conform them?
How are they to my list?
When a visitor signs up for your mailing list they are sent an email. They MUST follow the instructions on that email to confirm the registration. If they don't respond, or don't receive the email, then they will stay on the pending list for ever. That is how double opt-in lists work.
Some email services regard Bravenet confirmation messages as "spam". Users of these services cannot sign up for the mailing list.
