HOW AND WHERE DO I ADD A MUSIC URL TO MY MAIN PAGE?

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME....I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT FROM DAY ONE SINCE I'VE HAD MY SITE HOW I ADD MUSIC TO MY MAIN PAGE. I KNOW I HAVE TO COPY AND PASTE IT, BUT I'M NOT SURE EXACTLY WHERE I DO THIS, AND BEFORE OR AFTER WHICH CODE.

PLEASE HELP ME!

First turn off all caps. That's yelling around here and probably why no one's answered, as your question is easy.
Two
You need to paste a code like:

into the page you want the music to play on.
Usually doesn't matter where you put it.
This code will just let the music play till someone leaves the page you have it on but you have to watch your bandwidth (how much info is coming from your site to someone else's computer) with free web hosting as it is minimal. In other words don't use sound files that are large. type the url where your sound file is in between the "" above.
