I can not upload my web page with Total Comander, with FTP

i have a count free, a domain from your company BRAVENET but is dont work.
I want to upload with Total Comander , with FTP but is not working.I want to see how is work because in future i thing i need apakage from you for one web page, but first i want to see how is.
I write HOSTNAME Bravenet.com,on FTP seting but is not workin, Wat i must to do to work

There is no FTP in free accounts. There were plans apparently to introduce FTP to the free hosting program but it was abused within hours of being implemented and removed again.

That answers my ticket before they have even replied.

The service annoucenment saying that it is available is still on the news page.
