How do some people get their web site to show up under the topic of what their site is about rather than just the name of their site. Many submit a site locations I have been to only ask you for your URL, not what topic or subject it should be listed under.

For example if you where in the car repair business and wanted your site to show up when people keyed in Car Repairs in search engines, how would you get it to do that?

Should have mentioned. I have added meta tags, but that is not helping.

Make sure your page talks about car repair, you have car repair in your title tags and in your meta tags.
