When I make a change on my site and press the 'Save' button a message comes up 'please wait - saving changes'. An hour later this message is still there. I have tried to make a minor change four times today with the same result.

It could be down to Bravenet but more likely down to your ISP, browser or operating system.

The first thing to try in a problem like this is close down your internet connection and retry. If you can use a different ISP so much the better.

I assume that you have "saved" successfully before. Have you changed machine or browser since then? If you have then can you use the old one (or somebody elses PC with that configuration)?

If these fail, wait 24 hours and try again. If the problem still exists then raise a ticket.
