I just noticed that some of the guestbooks and free links pages that are linked from our web sites have been deleted and we're a bit ticked off about it!

One of them was a guestbook linked from an award winning Web Site pertaining to September 11 and she is really sick over this coz there were many beautiful things written in there!

Any one care to explain why this happened?

Open a ticket in the Support Center. See the heading up top..it says Members Helping Members. We dont know why your guestbooks were deleted, you will have to ask Bravenet.

There was a problem with one of the Bravenet servers recently that resulted in bravenet having to restore some of the data from the last backup that they had taken. If this was the cause of your data loss then what Bravenet have put back is the latest version that they had available. If you have your own backup of the more recent data then reload that, otherwise you are out of luck.

I guess we're outa luck then, cause we didn't know that we could back up a guestbook or free links page.
