new to the bravenet counter but it was working then everything went blank and another counter replaced the free one I had and it has not worked since. Lost all the hits that were collected first. Then only wanted to sit at zero and goes no where. Have sent in ticket and have been told to reset but have not got a clue what that is all about
So first went to manager and hit the reset in manage the counter which set back to zero, copied and repasted the code several times, and finally deleted that counter and
put in new one and it sits at 1
Any ideas on how to fix???????

You could try setting it to count your hits instead of having it set to ignore your hits.

But does this not just toggle the recording of my accessing the page?
Is this a glinch in this system?
