I have had much trouble getting my new site up and running because of bravenet errors. I'm getting a little tired of the ticket reply waiting time. I send one ticket, wait almost two days then get a reply saying something like: could you send me your receit without any kind of answer to any of my auestions and then have to wait days for them to answer the ticket and fix it (-I'm guessing thats what they at some point will try to do) ....

well anyway... -Are the ticket support people working 24/7 and in the weekends?

If I understood correctly, the responses to your tickets are not much help.

Tell me, are your tickets far more informative that your post here?
