I have an email form on my Tarot Requests page, two actually, but I changed the first one and removed the radio buttons and left only four text fields. Here's the kicker...I keep getting submissions from my site from the OLD form with the radio buttons, but I am not seeing it on the page. I see the revised email form. I have uploaded the same page twice and over-written the old HTML. I see the newer from, but am getting older form submission with the radio buttons.
What is going on?

Uh, that is weird. I don't see that anymore. Must be the site host...or something... . Will try to upload the page again and see what happens, then I will contact geocities. Thanks!

OK what about now? I over-wrote the thing again with what I saved in my HTML editor. Even the source code on my end only has text fields.
