it was not made in her name; it was made in the GROUP'S name. However, the email address that was used for access was a school account, and since she graduated, that email address was terminated. So, she forgot the log-in information, and all emails sent to that email address from bravehost didn't go through as a result of the account being terminated. Thank you for your information, but it was rather un-necessary and did not help me in any way.
