Made the same error myself once, (shudder). Easy to loose track of which forum you are on. Actually, this is the Service Help Forum, devoted to Bravenet Services such as the Guestbook.

That being said, quite frankly I didn't understand what the problem is. But that may be because I don't have a guestbook?

well if you lost your login/password for your bravenet account

then do a lost password and it will send you the information to your e-mail address that is registered with your account

when you signed up for your bravenet account in the first place you should have saved your login info somewhere so you would not have lost it
