Adding .docs to my site

I am trying to add word documents to my site but when I try to upload files it says that .docs are not supported by free sites. How do I upgrade this part of my site. Thanks for any help.

You upgrade your hosting to PAID HOSTING

if you want more things allowed that you can have with the free hosting or the free subdomains
