Way back when Bravenet changed the phot uploading I lost all the photos I had on the old program..I thought they where safe..some I cannot replace because my computer had a melt down and I had not backed up some of them. Is there anyway of getting these back?
None of your photos should be deleted. After logging into your Bravenet account, click websites, select your website(s) - you should see a myPictures folder, from there I think you will find all your photos.
All I see is my account images...all of the photos there are after the change...this happened over a year ago..just now found my way on the forums checking on something else and thought just maybe i messed something...I am quilty of not updating my site near enough. Thank you for replying
