Cannot sent or received emails

I've been a professional member for over a year with bravenet.
I have an email account, but I cannot send or received my email. Not even mail forwarder.
Is there something wrong. It has been not serviceable since day 1. I was too busy to write. Now I need help

Can you explain what steps you are trying to take when sending emails? Also, what errors are you recieving? Please be more specific.
