I have collected much on her for many years, especially magazine covers from all over the world. I want to know if posting my magazine covers on the site for all fans of Susan Hayward to enjoy, is part of their "terms and conditions" regarding their copyright rules and regulations. I wonder if this is something I need to contact Bravenet? Thanks

IF the legitimate owner complains you will find your site off line PDQ.

Remember that if you are operating a site then you personally may be liable for copyright breach under local law while Bravenet will be liable under Canadian law. If you think that the material is "public domain" then it must be "public domain" both in your own country and Canada.
