Where is the Bravenet branding on my free form?

In deciding between the free service and the pro service, I need to see what the Bravenet branding looks like. Yet when I create a free form, I can see no such branding or advertisement. Does the branding appear only intermittently? How may I view it?

The Bravenet branding is not on the form, it is on the confirmation page that appears after the form is sent.

My experience of Bravenet forms is that the branding and advertising is far less intrusive than on other services.
