all my listings are still on the search engines but when I go to directly enter my URL it says comcast cannot locate this site

there was a report that it was suspended for spreading malware. I don't even know what this means
there was a report there that my domain was spreading malware. What can I do about this. I recently used a SEO "mainstreet host" is this some ploy for them to bilk me out of more money
The domain isn't suspended, works fine for me. A Google search on the domain name finds the domain AVG shows the site as containing no threats If your own ISP is refusing to connect you to the site then that is between you and them.
