Some people have signed up for my mailing list [at least 2 today]. They have received a confirmation.

But I'm not getting any email notification and when I check the members on my account these people are not listed.

They have to click the link in the confirmation message first.

Browser: Firefox3.0.5

OS: XP

They did. I even asked my husband to give it a try. He clicked the confirmation right in front of me.

When people sign up they have to accept the opt in if they don't they are placed in YOUR PENDING group of your mailing list area

Until they accept the opt-in fully they are NOT added to your list.

They are in the pending area for 7 days and after that time are removed


You can manually add them if you want


or even check your mail to make sure you are receiving e-mails of confirmation like your spam/bulk/junk folders they could be in there as well.


Other than that not a whole lot can do it is up to the people signing up to FULLY accept the OPT -IN to even get accepted to your main list.

Thank you Jack. They accepted the confirmation and they are not pending when I check my account. They can't be found anywhere.
So I'm not sure what's going on.
