where is suggestion/bug reporting?

the verify page for forms does not show on my page, you have 2 bravenet banners then some other bs ad so continue button does not show at all so form never gets sent! should it not have a force size to fit (also for the form itself which barely fit on my page)

As the number of forms is unlimited (I have five different forms on one instance of the free service) I guess that you are actually asking if you can have multiple destination email addresses. Unless Bravenet have made a very recent change that I have missed the anwer to that is no. All forms go to the registered email address for the account.
