cannot connect to ftp.bravehost.com

I cannot upload information to web site...tried 2 different ftp programs including file zilla and unable to connect to ftp.bravehost.com. ????
URGENT, I need to update my site

You need to connect to ftp##.bravehost.com.

You need to log into your Bravenet account, click on the SFTP tab - look at your server/hostname and connect to what it says there.
