Since Bravenet changed there email format, I have been unable to view any messages in the folders; however, I am able to send messages. The Help Button is no longer visible either.
Your use of IE6 is a strong suspect. The current version is IE 8. I have IE7 XP pc desktop and I can tell you that when I upgraded to IE 7 from 6 with the old email I noticed a definite performance improvement. If you have 6 you must be noticing you are getting a lot of warnings from websites saying it is no longer supported.
Try downloading a free version of the current Firefox browser to your desktop temporarily, activate it, and then test your email.
Thank you for your response James. I did not want to download anything just yet but I suspect that might be the cause.
It's strange that I am able to compose messages and send. I also am able to delete the trash folder even though I am unable to view any of the messages. Those pages appear blank. My address book is visible.
