I sent payment to renew my domain name, charlestonoes.net and received an e-mail indicating that my domain is currently in a "Client Transfer Prohibited" status with the current registrar. I contacted them and I need to change the status of my domain from "locked" to "active". Please assist!!!

so not fully sure where you purchased it or where you are trying to transfer it and more things


Do you have your domain hosted here and are transferring it somewhere else or are you transferring it from your old host to here

Turns out it was a competator. I've requested a refund from them. Thanks.
