It has to do with the fact you have something on your site that is in violation of the Terms of Service you agreed to back when you got the domain and hosting.
So read the terms of service, think of what you might have that is causing your site to be suspended.
If you are a paying customer and have paid hosting open a support ticket TEch people there might be able to tell you more of what you have on your site and what needs to be removed.
Or perhaps you were reported as spamming someone possibly and your site shut down till you clear up whatever the problem is.
