I'm having a little trouble.. I can't seem to 'Quickconnect' onto the application Filezilla using my SFTP username and password.
This is what it says:
Response: 220 This is a private system - No anonymous login
Command: USER *hidden*
Response: 331 Password required for *hidden*
Command: PASS ******
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
But I know for a fact that the password and username is correct. In fact it tells me my user is correct, but my password is wrong.
I have tried this numerous times, and I even changed my password and typed it in exactly but Filezilla still says it's incorrect.
Your FTP information is NOT the same as your Bravenet account. Please be sure that you are using the correct FTP information.
Log into your Bravenet account.
Click the SFTP tab.
At the bottom there is a table that says SFTP Accounts - double check your username, it is different then your Bravenet username. Your SFTP password may also be different.
It is also important to note, if you wish to use 'quick connect' you must enable LEGACY FTP. Quick connect does not support SFTP. Otherwise we very strongly suggest you add your account to FileZilla and check off the option for SFTP.
