The account does not seem to have any problem but we cannot update nor see the actual website.
The website does not come up when we search for it. Then when we try to update the website, same editing page keeps popping up even when we press save changes.

Also as far as finding your site in a search engine did you EVEN SUBMIT your site to the search engines. You have to do that step then the bots will index your site and then index it somewhere in the search engines. But may take some time.
The domain doesn't appear to be registered at Bravenet. It expired on 5 February so it is possible that when you failed to renew the current owner grabbed it. Buying it back will cost you a lot more than renewal would have done.
