No incoming emails?

Can anyone help me? I am running two Bravenet email accounts on the very latest MS Outlook. One works fine with POP3 the other fails testing when setting up the account in Outlook when using POP3. I used IMAP and the account passes testing and sends a test message etc.... all ok. I can send emails, but no once can send me one. If is send an email to the account using IMAP it simply fanishes into the air? No report to say it didnt arrive, nothing. What am I doing wrong?
