It looks like both your domain name and hosting are with another company. You should be able to get email there.

Otherwise, you must have a hosting account with Bravenet in order to use the email address feature.

I have a bravenet hosting account but when I go to setup the email is wants me to purchase a plan?

My domain expired last week, but I was able to renew yesterday. However, I havent been able to receive e-mail in my Company account since it expired. The e-mail account is hosted by another Company. Is there something I need to do from my end to reactivate my e-mail or is Bravenet going to notify the company that my domain has been renewed/then be able to receive e-mails? Thanks.
