Guestbook Part 2

The guestbook is on a password protected website, only accessible to friends on family. Some people are able to post messages without a problem while others cannot. The ones that cannot get the following message "please wait validating entry" once they press submit and it blocks there.

How do I fix this?

Bravenet do not provide any help on their website for this situation when the guestbook is not upgraded.

There is no phone number anywhere and when I try and open a ticket I get the message that I am not eligible.

Can someone help me? My client is getting very anxious as all her family have to rsvp on the guestbook this week and are unable to!

Probably something with their browsers not compatible.

This is a common issue with people posting and then it sits and sits etc...


Yes with free services/free hosting Opening a support ticket is not accessible. If you are a paying customer yes.

Thanks, sounds logical that it is a browser issue. But what is the solution?

Should I suggest that they use Firefox (as I know that one works?)
