The guestbook is on a password protected website, only accessible to friends on family. Some people are able to post messages without a problem while others cannot. The ones that cannot get the following message "please wait validating entry" once they press submit and it blocks there.
How do I fix this?
Bravenet do not provide any help on their website for this situation when the guestbook is not upgraded.
There is no phone number anywhere and when I try and open a ticket I get the message that I am not eligible.
Can someone help me? My client is getting very anxious as all her family have to rsvp on the guestbook this week and are unable to!
