When creating a newsletter is it possible to personalise it so it starts

The names of all my customers are in the database so I figured there must be a simple way of doing this.

don't think can personalize individually.

It is a newsletter that goes out to your whole group that have signed up so will have to personalize that way.

thanks jack, what i heard was this

when they sign up they enter both their name and email and you can put something like #NAME at the start of the newsletter and it will substitute the name when it sends. I dont know the exact format but i am sure there is a way to so it otherwise there would no point in asking for your name in the first place

Never thought about it when asked for name in sign up anyways it could be used that way.
