My customer, the IMG Forum, asked me to delete a specific post from the list of posts.
I logged in and went through the steps (checked the tick box for the specific post) and then at the bottom of the list of posts I clicked to delete the selected post.
Well, it's been over 20 minutes and all I see is an image going round and round and the post is still there!
What is it that I don't seem to understand here? The customer wants that post gone and it seems as though I need some assistance to make it happen!
