First go to your new host and make sure they allow transfers and initiate the transfer from there then,
Go to your domains tab within your bravenet account.
Step 1: Unlock the domain name you wish to transfer
if it's locked and over 60 days held.
Step 2: Disable the privacy setting if you enabled it.
Step 3. Click the domain name you wish to transfer
and this brings up a Manage your domain page.
Step 4. Click the option to Manage Domain Secret Code. Here you will find the transfer code that you will supply to your new host. Make sure your new host allows transfers in, some don't. If they are allowed, you initiate the transfer from your new host and give them the secret transfer code when it's requested and they will transfer it over.
