Please help me.... everytime I try to make changes and try to save them I get this message "changes could not be saved- disk quota exceeded" I have deleted alot of my uploads hoping it will fix the problem but it's still happening and I really need to update my site....

When you go over 5 megabytes, deleting files doesn't give results right away. I believe they update the list of blocked sites once every 24 hours.
