An exciting plan, Adam. There are perhaps one or two things you should bear in mind, but good luck. Firstly, though low-cost airlines are springing up all over the place at the moment, it can't be denied that Europe, and Western Europe in particular, is far better off in that department than any other continent. I'd guess this has a lot to do with the population density and the proximity of population centres to one another -whereas, say, in the States you have a large section of the population on the East coast, a large section on the West coast, and not much in between, in Europe you have a nice, relatively small area full of airports for planes to fly to and from. (It's quite likely that a lot of these low-cost airlines will go bust or get taken over in the next few years, but for now they're still proliferating.) Asia and Africa don't have many low-cost airlines at all at the moment.
