Hello All,

I've had my CJ since 2006 (OHV) and a new and annoying problem has suddenly popped up. It was running last fall just fine when I put it away for the winter. This spring I put gas in it and it started right up. BUT...put any throttle on at all and it stalls out. Both juggs exhibit the same behavior which leads me to believe its something in common. But what? I have already cleaned the jets and fuel lines. Took off the air hose in case it was the filter. None of those things did anything.

I figured someone out there might recognize this problem. Here's hoping!

Hi Rob,

If you have cleared out the carbs, then I would next check the spark strength at both plugs, do you have a strong fat spark or is it weak and orange?
