Very nice site. I knew the Chief when he was a young man. I lived in Medway and went to high school there. My Dad was a Dentist in West Medway. I assisted in sveral grass fires when I was in High School out of the firehouse on main street.Have some great memories of growing up in Medway. Dear Brother,

My friends call me “Chief” my close friends call me “Billy” - either one is fine. I was injured one night at the scene of a house fire and as a result suffered a permanent spinal cord injury (Spastic Paralysis).

This is a life-changing event for me, like many Americans we go along with our everyday ordinary lives until that unpredictable day arrives. Rehabilitation on a daily basis is hard work, with hard work comes great results.

A very good friend of mine, Carl Sheeler, has been there during the entire time I’ve undergone multiple surgeries and during my convalescence. I am a volunteer with the Carl Sheeler for US Senate (D-RI) campaign. While we wear the uniform in blue, Carl’s was green. He is a marine veteran of the gulf war who has a strong connection with every day Americans – a blend of Paul Wellstone and Russ Feingold. His strong stances on developing alternative energy solutions; cutting middle class taxes while reforming millionaire and big corporate taxes; funding the NO child left behind (NCLB) federal mandates to alleviate the tax burden on property owners; and demanding single payer, national healthcare for all Americans and calling for “social and economic equality” are what makes his campaign connect with most Americans regardless of party affiliation.

Carl is a father of five, a business owner and educator. He gets it. He’s fiscally responsible, progressive Democrat, the real deal, a working Senator, our voice, the peoples’ voice – a voice for all Americans.
