It looks like more owners are using their units than usual.
The choice of renting units from owners seem to have come down this year, right now more guests are calling us for units from owners than ever before, and even "wish list's" are not being rewarded by owners.
Some weeks right now have no available units.
May and june rented 100%, and sales were higher than usual.
Had a couple of sad reports from old time owners that
sold due to death in family, and was exposed to a Realtor (who was introduced by the buyer) that kept $6,000 and a high insurance fee of $900- to guarantee no further charges would be filed towards the Deed.

Many tell me the softness in business makes many owners prefer to use their unit this year rather than taking expensive flights to Europe where our Dollar sadly enough has dropped, now paying $145- for 100 Euroes,that started out with $1- equal 1 Euro.

You have to know that many owners did not cancel listings when rented, so it looked like we had many extra units, which was misleading, wherefore many owners lowered rentals and guests giving up finding units.

Listings are still only $50, a one time fee for the listing, good til rental week comes up, and also $50
for Sales, always good for one full year.

Units for high rental spring season are going as they are placed,some folks are securing their vacation spot for next year before prices go up.
