So many suggestions by owners have come up about forming our Casa Ybel owners private access web site,
for the purpose of contacting each other when questians come up regarding purchases internally, or exchanges with practical reasons or other common matters.
According to Florida law no list or phone book is allowed to be established or published to the general public with information on time-share owners.
The developers of resorts in Florida and the resort developer association ARDA made sure this would not happen and destroy all the valueable informaion they had gathered during massive advertising for the developments of new resorts.
So this is law in Florida, no list shall be made publically of persons interested in time share developments.

What we can do is to create a list of present owners at FGH and IJK for our own private internal use amongst consenting owners!
We can each supply enough information to form more relationships amongst owners and make a workable list for our own consumption. A definately need of codes would be seen, and change of codes neccessary on timely basis.
I have suggested using your email as ID to enter
with some password based on unit numbers etc., the latter is possible, and can be easily changed if needed. Always keep email as ID.

Advantages are:
We can find owners of neighboring units for possible exchanges to ad capacity with family visits and extend
vacations to more weeks by contacting families with the same unit in adjoining weeks.
Exchanges would be more easily made if many owners would join the idea and being able to talk to eachother enabling flexible use of their units.
Another value from this is to be able to find other Casa Ybel owners with homes in your neighborhood that you have had found to be interesting friends.

I have found an interesting web site, that could be used for easy access with no commercials to wade through.
Also use it for displaying your photos organized by week they were taken after you return home!
The cost could be kept at a reasonable level of only $10 a year for each unit week for maintenance and updates, where you also can place your own inputs (such as photos) for others to enjoy.

Would like to hear from as many owners as possible to
decide if you find it worth while to even start?

Perhaps email should be voluntary, and only used for entry?

This should not be risky with too much information for it's purpose?
