JUNO UPDATE 3/24/13

Kansas Earl found a bell ringer. Witnesses report it was right in the midsts of the heaviest bare rocks.

Kansas Khris found this banded immaculate MARCOS.. "needle tip " is a much used description.....this point has to be seen in person to believe.

Nacho offered him ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS CASH ON THE SPOT.... Chris turned it down and it now resides in snowy Kansas !

More local history. . . . . > this marker is 10 miles south of the dig site

 photo DSCF8260_zpsd572af3b.jpg

The camp has proven far larger than originally thought. Nacho's professional opinion is that the giant boulder was there eons ago and the camp was built around it..if so, it's easy to surmise that the camp started there because the top of the rock is a great high vantage point.
Lucky hand diggers will be able to dig a bit under !
Did any lookouts do any knapping while up there on lookout duty for game?

And some points slip off and will be found very close to the rock face.

End show was a bit hectic.....bad shadows ( daylight savings change ) bad dust & wind howling..Most screeners came from distant lands and were
itching to get on the road....
