My family vacationed in Ambergris Caye for a few days and had a fun stay at the sunbreeze hotel. After a few days we boarded the 6:00 am water taxi to Belize City. Our tour guide was waiting for us with a sign that reads my name. We boarded the van and off we went. We drove an hour to the zip line site. We did a short restroom break and we were geared up for the zip line tour. We zipped for about an hour. We also zipped over the same river on which we did cave tubing. That was amazing.
After the zipline we were issued with life vest, inner tube, and headlamp. We then started a slow hike to the entrance of the caves. As we hiked our tour guide told about plants, history of the caves, and uses of the caves to the Mayan People. We entered the caves and it beautiful. We relaxed as we were towed by our tour guide. The guide told us about the formations in the caves as he towed us. The caves tubing part of the tour lasted about an hour and a half. After the cave tubing we had rice and beans with chicken for lunch. After lunch we were driven to our hotel in San Ignacio
