Incised stone found at Chrisner's yesterday.
We had a good day at the ranch yesterday and found a few good finds. My sister found this walking one of the creeks. It's got a grove on both sides and looks like it was heat treated. I think it's a shaft straightener. Any thoughts ?

San Saba and Shumla
Found these a few years back on the same creek that I've found many points. The San Saba and Shumla are the only two that I've found down in this area. The San Saba has a pretty bad hinge fracture. That poor Indian must have chewed one too many mesquite beans.

Idaho Finds !
Not a bad day. No snow yet and the creeks are nice and dry. The left broke is Obsidian and likely a Shoshone arrow point. The scraper and drill are basalt and very very old. The turtle back was used for sharpening and it also a nice artifact.

Finds from 11-5 & 6-11
Here are a few from a weekend of hard digging in Burnet County. Two completes per day isn't bad, but you always hope for a little more.
